We encourage you to submit your registration form as soon as possible together with the registration fee ($150 for professors and $75 for students) in the form of a check in U.S. dollars made out to the Public Choice Society. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Registration fees paid after January 15, 2005, will be $180 for professors and $90 for students. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Attendees from outside the U.S. who have difficulty in providing a check in U.S. currency should make special arrangements with Jo Ann Burgess (Email: pubchsoc@gmu.edu; Tel: 1-703-993-2337; Fax: 1-703-993-2334).

The luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 12.  Please let us know in your registration and include an additional $30 with your registration fee.

Participants are strongly urged to use the conference hotel—the Society is committed to the hotel for a number of rooms. It is important to make your reservations early and identify yourself as a participant in the Public Choice Society Meetings in order to take advantage of the established group rate as well as defraying the cost of meeting rooms. The contract rate for a single/double is $165 plus tax and hotel fee. We urge all attendees to schedule arrival and departure times so that all sessions will be well attended. Please contact the hotel directly at:  504-525-5566 or 800-445-6563

Rich in history, famous for exotic cuisine, birthplace of Louis “Satchmo” Armstrong—New Orleans needs no further introduction as the Caribbean of the American South. The Hotel Inter-Continental New Orleans overlooks the historic streetcar route on St. Charles Avenue within walking distance of both the French Quarter and world-renowned Crescent City restaurants and is just minutes away from Riverwalk, the National D-Day Museum, and Audubon Park and Zoological Gardens. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 504-525-5566 or toll-free at 1-800-445-6563; no “1” is needed outside the U.S. You can also email your reservation to neworleans@interconti.com or fax to 504-523-7310. The cutoff date for conference-rate reservations is February 9, 2005. After that, rooms will be on a space available basis and at prevailing daily rates.

This way to register for the 2005 Annual Meeting.
