Incoming/Outgoing Packages

The Wyndham Purchasing department receives all incoming/outgoing packages for the hotel guests. We provide storage and delivery upon guest arrival.

Rates:

Letters Free
1 Box (under 10 lbs.) $3.00
1 Box (over 10 lbs.) $5.00 per day
Self-Contained Pallets $100 + $2.00 per box, per day

All incoming package labels must contain the following information:

1. Guest Name
2. Convention/Group Name
3. Guest Arrival Date
4. Hotel Sales Contact

You will be contacted upon your arrival by the Wyndham Purchasing Department to set up the delivery of your packages.

Packages will be accepted no more than 3 days prior to guest arrival or meeting date. Due to limited storage space, please make arrangements for early deliveries or pallet deliveries.

All packages will be secured and stored in the package/storage room located in the Purchasing Department. Your package will be tagged with a bill outlining all applicable charges. A signature is required at the time of delivery and the charges will be applied to either the group’s master bill or the guest folio.

Packages that arrive for guest who have checked out, unclaimed packages, or packages without proper information on the label will be returned to sender COD.

Packages $2.00 per parcel, plus cost of shipping, declaration of value, $.35 per each $100 declaration
COD $3.00 per parcel plus cost of shipping

Packing Supplies

Boxes $4.00 each
Padded Envelopes $1.00 small & medium
$2.00 large
Bubble Wrap $1.00 per foot
Shipping Tape $2.00 per roll

Guests packages to be shipped must fill out a shipping request form either at the Purchasing Department or one can be delivered to you. Packages must be Ready to Ship – boxed, taped, tagged, labeled.
